Holistic Skincare Book Giveaway

THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED!

A unique new book takes a holistic approach to skincare. Read on for your chance to win one of five copies.

Angela Egan has had a fascination for skincare since childhood, using fresh produce from the garden to create face and hair packs to pamper herself and her sisters. Now, she’s put her expertise to good use with the hot new book Holistic Skincare: An Essential Guide for Therapists, out now.

Although the book is aimed mainly at therapists, it will have a wider appeal to those want to find out more about nutrition, exercise, stress and how these factors affect the condition of the skin.

With chapters on subjects like exercise, nutrition, stress, acupressure and Ayurveda, there is also helpful advice on how to successfully retail homecare products. Lastly, it contains a chapter on the principles of visual merchandising, or effective retail presentation – a specialist subject that delivers spectacular results in the salon or spa.

This instant classic incorporates some amazing photography, complemented by powerful & inspirational quotes.

Nicky Bancroft, a director of Positive Pressure, described the book as "Completely inspiring, and simple to dip in and out of. It is wonderful to see our industry being celebrated for the positive contribution we make to the lives of our clients and I love the inspirational quotes. Just beautiful."

No, I have very fair skin so never tan. I always apply sun cream as it takes only 10 minutes in the sun for me to burn and turn bright red.
